                                          Jaamun
 Jamun ki guthali sugar maintain karne ke liye Bahut kargar hai. Agar Kaha jaye to pet aur sugar ke mareej ke liye Jamun ek achha gharelu nuskha hai. Jisse aap apne pet ka pachan achha kar sakte hain. Jamun khana to sehat ke liye achha hai hi Lekin agar kisi mausam me Jamun na mile tab aap uska patta bhi use kar sakte hain. Jamun ka patta bhale hi Uski guthali se kam kargar hai Magar fir bhi Ye ek achhi dawa hai. Ab aap apne poore 1 saal ke liye Jamun ki guthaliyo ka churan bana le. Iske liye aap daily 5 gram ki matra maan kar chale. To is hisab se kareeb 1.5 kg se lekar 2 kg ka churan bana le. Isme aap 200 gram kala namak bhi Mila le. Ab Roj Subah khali pet Lagbhag 5 gram churan khaye aur upar se Thoda paani pee le.
